RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect your returned item. We will notify you by email once we've inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.
